1 General Terms & Introduction

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legal agreement between host51 (https://host51.bet) and its users. host51 is an internationally licensed online gaming platform serving Bangladesh and users in various countries worldwide.

These Terms and Conditions were written in Bengali to help Bengali-speaking users understand them easily. However, in the event of any legal dispute, the English version shall be considered authoritative. host51 reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account at any time, with or without cause.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account on host51, you must meet the following requirements:

• You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login details strictly confidential.

Host51 reserves the right to verify the information provided at registration. The KYC (Know Your Customer) process may require submission of a national ID, passport, or other government-issued document. Providing false information will result in account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

Account Security

We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) to keep your account secure. host51 will not be held liable for unauthorized access if the user has shared their login credentials with others or used an unsecured device.

3 Deposits & Payment Methods

Host51 currently accepts the following payment methods:

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the account holder's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and any such transactions will be rejected.

4 Withdrawal Policy

To withdraw funds from host51, the following conditions must be met:

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Minimum Withdrawal Amount ৳500।
• Daily maximum ৳1,00,000 can be withdrawn.
• Winnings derived from bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.

Under normal circumstances, withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours. Delays may occur during account verification or security reviews. host51 reserves the right to hold any suspicious withdrawal request and request additional verification.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Host51 runs various bonus and promotion offers from time to time. Each offer carries its own specific terms, but the general rules below apply to all bonuses:

Welcome Bonus

New members can receive up to a 200% Welcome Bonus on their first deposit. A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to qualify. To withdraw bonus funds, the combined total of the bonus and deposit must be wagered at least 15x must be wagered.

Cashback Bonus

Weekly cashback is typically credited every Monday. The cashback amount is based on your net losses from the previous week. Wagering requirements for cashback are set separately.

Referral Bonus

Both you and your friend receive a bonus when you refer them. To qualify for the referral bonus, your friend must successfully register and make a minimum deposit of ৳500. Referring family members to claim bonuses is not permitted.

6 Gaming Rules

All games on host51 operate according to international standards. Each game has its own specific rules, which can be viewed before the game begins. The following general rules apply across all games:

• Host51 is not liable for any disconnection or loss of internet connection during gameplay.
• If a technical error affects the outcome of a game, the relevant round may be voided.
• Any dispute regarding a game result must be reported to support within 48 hours.
• If cheating or the use of unauthorized software is suspected in any game, the account will be subject to investigation.
• Bets placed on Sports Betting events that have already started may not be accepted.

Live Casino

Live Casino games are operated with real-time dealers. The use of offensive or abusive language in the Live Casino chat feature is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in chat access being revoked.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on host51 and will result in account termination:

• Multiple Accounts: Operating multiple accounts under the same person's name.
• Money Laundering: Attempting to launder illicit funds through the gaming platform.
• Bot Usage: Playing games using automated software or bots.
• Bonus Abuse: Attempting to exploit bonuses in violation of the terms.
• Hacking: Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
• Chargeback Fraud: Filing a chargeback with your bank after making a deposit and playing on the platform.
• Account Selling: Selling or transferring your account to another person.

If such activity is detected, host51 reserves the right to forfeit all balances and notify the relevant law enforcement authorities.

8 Account Suspension & Closure Policy

Host51 may suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:

1. When the user requests account closure themselves.
2. If evidence of a Terms & Conditions violation is found.
3. If KYC verification is incomplete or false information has been provided.
4. Extended inactivity (more than 12 months).
5. Under government or legal directive.
6. Upon submitting a self-exclusion request under our Responsible Gaming policy.

For standard closures, any remaining balance will be returned to the user. However, if the account is closed due to a terms violation, the balance may be forfeited.

9 Responsible Gaming Policy

Host51 accepts no liability for the following:

• If a game or bet is voided due to an internet disconnection.
• Failure of third-party payment systems.
• In the event of force majeure (natural disasters, war, epidemics, etc.).
• If the user voluntarily shares their account credentials with another person.
